En este caso clínico, el motivo de consulta —una dorsalgia unilateral que recorre el trayecto de Zushaoyang— acaba revelándose como un síntoma más de la alteración de casi todas las funciones y relaciones del Fu Vesícula Biliar. A saber: su control del filtrado de los líquidos (Jinye) puros a los Zang del Jiao superior, que repercute sobre el Pulmón (faringitis) y Corazón (alteración del Shen); su estrecho vínculo, en el Jiao inferior, con el Jing de Riñón (cistitis), el cual nutre la esencia pura de la bilis e influye en la nutrición ósea (2 fracturas recientes) y, finalmente, su rol determinante tanto en la puesta en marcha —la decisión— como en la capacidad de contención y detención del sujeto, ambos manifestados especialmente en el control de la expresión verbal (objetivable durante la anamnesis). La resolución del caso implica al punto nudo del meridiano acoplado en Biao-Li (Jueyin), RM 18 (Yutang). In this clinical case, the reason for consultation—a unilateral back pain that follows the Zushaoyang trajectory—ends up as one symptom more of the disturbances of almost all the functions and relationships of the Gallbladder Fu. Namely: its control function for filtering pure fluids (Jinye) to the Zang of the upper Jiao, affecting the Lung (pharyngitis) and Heart (disturbance of Shen); its close link with the Jing of the Kidney (cystitis), that nourishes the pure essence of the bile from the lower Jiao, this influencing bone nutrition (2 recent fractures) and, finally, its determining role in the implementation—the decision—, as well as the containment and detention capacity of the subject, particularly manifested in the control of verbal expression (observed during the anamnesis). The resolving of the case involved the knot point of the coupled Biao-Li meridien (Jueyin), RM 18 (Yutang).
