EnglishThis work is dedicated to identifying the origin of the recent phenomenon that has led to the exponential increase in the incarceration of women, mainly black and poor, by drug trafficking in Brazil, and how to reverse this situation. It seeks to analyze if the relations present in capitalist society are articulated and reproduced in the practices of drug trafficking and in the prison system. To make possible this analyze, it was used as a theoretical framework the intersectional feminist perspective of Lelia Gonzalez, Heleieth Saffioti, Kimberle Crenshaw and Sueli Carneiro; the studies on race in Brazil by Carlos Hasenbalg; the analyzes of prohibition is munder taken by Carl Hart and Luis Carlos Valois; Loic Wacquant's concept of neoliberalism and the revolutionary exit proposed by Angela Y. Davis, Rosa Luxemburg and Radical Criminology of Juarez Cirino dos Santos. As a methodology, bibliographical review, data analysis and official statistics were used. portuguesEste trabalho se dedica a identificar a origem do recente fenomeno que levou ao aumento exponencial do encarceramento de mulheres, principalmente negras e pobres, por trafico de drogas no Brasil, e como reverter este quadro. Busca analisar se as relacoes presentes na sociedade capitalista sao articuladas e reproduzidas nas praticas do trafico de drogas e no sistema carcerario. Para possibilitar a analise foram utilizados como marco teorico a perspectiva feminista interseccional de Lelia Gonzalez, Heleieth Saffioti, Kimberle Crenshaw e Sueli Carneiro; os estudos sobre raca no Brasil de Carlos Hasenbalg; as analises sobre proibicionismo empreendidas por Carl Hart e Luis Carlos Valois; o conceito de neoliberalismo de Loic Wacquant e a saida revolucionaria proposta por Angela Y. Davis, Rosa de Luxemburgo e pela Criminologia Radical de Juarez Cirino dos Santos. Como metodologia recorreu-se a revisao bibliografica, a analise de dados e as estatisticas oficiais.
