ResumoWe present the case of a 33-year-old male who presented to the Emergency Department having amputated his penis as a result of auditory hallucinations triggered by cannabis use. A successful microsurgical technique involving anastomosing the individual structures of the penile shaft enabled a successful cosmetic and functional outcome including restoration of erectile function.
