Realizou-se um estudo de usuarios com vistas a avaliacao da satisfacao dos trabalhadores do Grupo Espirita Caravaneiros do Amor, situado no bairro Cidade da Esperanca, em Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. Propoe-se diagnosticar o perfil desses trabalhadores, bem como os principais pontos positivos e negativos do centro. Utilizou-se como metodologia a pesquisa quanti-qualitativa tendo em vista que se buscou informacoes por meio dos questionarios, em um primeiro momento, e a realizacao de entrevistas com os trabalhadores do centro espirita, em um segundo momento. Foram detectadas peculiaridades a respeito do comportamento dos trabalhadores e da instituicao, elencando pontos que necessitam ser trabalhados na gestao da casa espirita. Constatou-se que os entrevistados se mostraram satisfeitos dada a importância das atividades exercidas pelo grupo e o crescimento pessoal e espiritual atrelado ao conhecimento expandido e alcancado com o trabalho desenvolvido pelo Grupo Espirita Caravaneiros do Amor. Abstract A study of users was carried out to evaluate the satisfaction of the workers of the Spiritist Group Caravaneiros do Amor, located in the Cidade da Esperanca neighborhood in Natal, Rio Grande do Norte. It is proposed to diagnose the profile of these workers, as well as the main positive and negative points of the information unit. Exploratory and descriptive research was used as methodology, considering that information was obtained through the application of questionnaires, at first, and interviews with the workers of the spiritist center, in a second moment. Certain peculiarities were detected regarding the behavior of workers and the institution, listing points that need to be worked on in the management of the spiritist house. It was verified that the interviewees were satisfied given the importance of the activities carried out by the group and the personal and spiritual growth linked to the expanded knowledge and achieved with the work developed by the Spiritist Group Caravaneiros do Amor.
