Resumo

Two furostanol saponins were isolated from Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. by the methods of silica gel chromatography and HPLC. On the basis of chemical evideces and spectral (~(1)H-NMR, ~(13)C-NMR, DEPT, HMQC, HMBC, NOESY) analysis, their structures were elucidated as 22-hydroxy-5beta-furost-3beta, 15alpha-diol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)-beta-D-galactopyranoside(1), 22-methoxy-5beta-furost-3beta, 15alpha-diol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)-beta-D-galactopyranoside(2). (1) is anemarrhenasaponin-I, its ~(13)C-NMR data are corrected. (2) is a new compound, named anemarrhenasaponin-Ia.
