This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) on achieving objectives in the Material Preparation OASIS (MPO) section of the Holy. This research is interesting because it uses a mixed method. This study uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) itself consists of 4 disciplines, namely 1 focusing on the most important goals (focusing on the most important goals), 2 acting on Lead Mesure (acting on the things that move the goal), 3 Creating a scoreboard (note the achievement on the scoreboard), 4 Making sustainable rhythms (creating sustainable rhythms). The population used in this study were all employees in the Material Preparation OASIS (MPO) Kudus section and then taken a sample of 13 employees. Through quantitative analysis in this study, results were obtained, 1 Wildly Important Goal (WIG) had an effect of 64.9% on the achievement of targets, 2 Lead Measure had an effect on Wildly Important Goal (WIG) of 45.4%, 3 Scoreboard and WIG Session simultaneously affect Lead Measure by 20%. From the results of quantitative analysis also obtained results that every discipline in the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) has a positive effect on the effort in achieving the target. To support the results of the quantitative analysis of the research, a qualitative analysis was carried out, the qualitative analysis aimed to find out other effects arising from the implementation of The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX). Through qualitative analysis, results were obtained, 1 Implementation of the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) can change employee behavior to be more responsible and consistent, 2 Implementation of The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) can be a solution to overcome problems related to employee habits, 3 Every discipline that exists in The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) is interrelated with each other Keywords: Material Preparation OASIS (MPO), The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX).
