Analysis of the early relationship between cinema and education in Brazil, starting from the cultural debate held in the twenties, the pioneering production of the Colegio Pedro II teachers Francisco Venâncio Filho and Jonathas Serrano, which culminated in the project of the creation of the Instituto Nacional do Cinema Educativo (INCE), in 1936, and in the production of the series Brasilianas, by Humberto Mauro, through that same Institute.
