ResumoThis Research is titled “Implementation The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) in the Pre Blending PT. Djarum – Primary Krapyak Kudus”. Aim to describe and explain about Implementation The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors Implementation The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX). Source of data in this research primary data sources obtained from the facts from the reseach in the in the Pre Blending PT. Djarum – Primary Krapyak Kudus, Secondary data sources obtained from official archives and documents and books. Data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observations, and review of documents. Data analysis in this research using interactive analysis. Data validity used in this research is data triangulation method. The results of the research conducted in the Pre Blending section of PT. Djarum Primary Krapyak Kudus can be seen that in general, they have implemented the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) well and consistenly in accordance with 4 disciplines in principle (4DX). Implementation includes : Disciplines 1 Focus on wildly important goals, Disciplines 2 Act on the lead measure, Disciplines 3 Keep a compelling scoreboard, Disciplines 4 Create a cadence of accountability. Based on the result of the research it can also be seen that the supporting factors implementation 4DX are the ease of requesting tools support for production process to the maintenance department and General Service Departement and the inhibiting factors of implementation are the late team member s when meeting WIG Session because of the urgency of operations in the field production.
