ResumoAn unusual case is presented featuring chromoblastomycosis lesions localised in three different sites. The patient was a 52-year-old male farm worker from Barra do Corda, State of Maranhão, Brazil, who had had the disease for 2 years. Physical examination revealed extensive plaques situated on the left leg, left arm, forehead, and on the left side of the face. Direct examination of biopsies showed numerous sclerotic cells. The fungus was recovered in culture and identified on the basis of the characteristic conidiation as Rhinocladiella aquaspersa.
