Resumo

This work analyzes the relation between occupational stress and the evaluation of teachers' performance. Due cultural reasons, both nationally and internationally, we spend a lot of time developing work activities and in our place of work, than in any other area. It increases the importance of evaluating and analyzing these circumstances, making possible the prevention and intervention in this type of cases. In this cross-sectional quantitative, cross-sectional study, we work with 47 teachers from a university in the Department of Cesar. The sociodemographic sheet and the stress survey of the technical annex of resolution 2646 of 2008, validated by Villalobos et al (2013), was applied; data about teacher´s performance evaluations 2016-2, was taken from the Registry and Control Office. The results indicate there is no significant association between the studied variables.
