ResumoResumo Partindo da análise do filme Parahyba Mulher Macho (1983) esse artigo pretende identificar a construção idealizada da personagem Anayde Beiriz, uma professora e poetisa paraibana, e sua participação nos eventos que levaram a Revolução de 1930. Quer-se identificar quem era essa mulher bem como destacar as similaridades e diferenças entre o que era ser uma mulher na década de 1920/1930 e na década de 1980 para assim se poder diferenciar os feminismos expostos nessa produção cinematográfica. Filme histórico.Abstract Starting from the analysis of the film Parahyba Mulher Macho (1983), this article intends to identify the idealized construction of the character Anayde Beiriz, a teacher and poet from Paraíba, and her participation in the events that led to the Revolution of 1930. We want to identify who was this woman and it seeks to highlight the similarities and differences between what it was to be a woman in the 1920s and 1930s and in the 1980s in order to be able to differentiate the feminisms exposed in the cinematographic production.Keywords: Anayde Beiriz.
