Research Article| May 01 2019 Posthumanism Invited to Dinner: Exploring the Potential of a More-Than-Human Perspective in Food Studies Sarah Elton Sarah Elton University of Toronto Sarah Elton is a PhD candidate at the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto, where she researches in the area of ecological public health and food sovereignty. Her work is supported by a scholarship from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, and during the writing of her article in this issue she was a graduate fellow at the University of Toronto Scarborough's Culinaria Research Centre. Sarah is also the author of several bestselling books, including Consumed: Food for a Finite Planet (University of Chicago Press, 2013) and Starting from Scratch for young readers.
