Synthesis and Characterization of Pyrroles

F'uryl-and thienylacrylates (8-14) and acrylic acids (&,I@-14a) are prepared in moderate yields by palladium catalysed coupling of substituted bromofurans and bromothiophenes with ethyl acrvlate.
