Resumo

moderate (22.27AE 5.79, maximum score = 44), higher in the field of contraception (8.42 AE 2.44, maximum score = 16) and lower in STI (6.05 AE 2.73 maximum score = 16).Female showed higher levels of SRH knowledge (p < 0.05) than male.The higher level of SRH knowledge is associated with more consistent condom use and higher adherence to SRH surveillance behaviours. ConclusionsPromoting literacy in SRH of college students remains an important public health strategy, as it can enhance individual protection behaviours, especially with regard to health surveillance and consistent use of contraceptive methods.
