During summers of 20 years I have been in charge of the Medical Direction of the Tolox Spa. I collected information related to the characteristics of the curists; as age, sex, origin, profession, pathology for which they go to the Spa, personal and family history, as well as the feeling of each agustist about the annual evolution of the pathology treated in the Spa (except for those who came for the first time). In this article we chose the 2004/2008 period and we have reflected all these data in the corresponding graphs.Finally, we have included the meteorological data that I also recorded. We have included photographs, old and current, for a better knowledge of the Spa
