In Mexico the evolution of the periurban is the result of the industrial urban expansion of the 20th century, as excluding forms of the city, but it is at the beginning of the 21st century when environmental qualities, fast roads and the decentralization of services and equipment of quality, are the principles of urban planning that begin to revolve around the beauty and safety that closed subdivisions and luxury trade offer, with the objective of attracting investment and making the city more competitive through an economy of agglomeration. However, the objective of this research is to show the ecological, social and economic impact and imbalance generated by the closed Lomas de Angelopolis fractionation as a new centrality in the periphery, by describing its effects over a decade in Puebla, with guaranteed actions by different administrations, to satisfy a housing demand that favors speculation and changes in land use.
