A proposicao deste artigo e articular uma reflexao sobre a importância da escuta psicanalitica em relacao aos adolescentes em conflito com a lei, como uma possibilidade de reinscreverem-se em suas vidas e, por consequencia, no mundo social. A adolescencia faz parte da trajetoria de vida humana, no entanto, discutem-se aqui as origens do processo que retira parcial ou totalmente a liberdade dos sujeitos. Vive-se em uma sociedade que apresenta uma diversidade de contextos sociais e, se por um lado os adolescentes infratores convocam medidas educativas e punitivas, por outro sao seres desamparados na sua constituicao psiquica. Para tanto, alem do estudo teorico e do pensar a psicanalise de maneira ampla, a metodologia utilizada partiu de um estudo de caso de um adolescente que cumpria medida socioeducativa em uma cidade do Rio Grande do Sul. Concluiu-se que a escuta psicanalitica abre a potencialidade do fazer-se sujeito inscrito na alteridade. O papel do profissional da psicologia vinculado a equipe interdisciplinar foi de fundamental importância para a evolucao do referido estudo de caso, pela possibilidade de representar os tantos casos existentes no sistema de semiliberdade no Brasil. A experiencia singular escrita pelo terapeuta atesta seu encontro com o adolescente infrator e respalda o avanco teorico que se generaliza, possibilitando intercâmbio do trabalho realizado. Abstract The proposition of this article is to think over the importance of psychoanalytic listening towards adolescents in conflict with law, as a way to transform themselves in their livesand consequently in the social world. The adolescence takes part ofthe human life path, nevertheless, we will discuss here the origins of the process that withdraws partly or totally the liberty of the subjects. We live in a society that presents a diversity of social contexts and, if on one hand the lawbreaker adolescent calls upon educational and punitive actions, on the other hand they are helpless in their psychic conditions. Therefore, besides the theorical study and thethinking, psychoanalysis in a wider manner the methodology used herein originated in a case study of an adolescent that was undergoing correctional measures in a city from Rio Grande do Sul State]. It was concluded that psychoanalytical listening unfolds the potentiality to make one inscribed in otherness. The psychology professional’s role associatedwith aninterdisciplinary personnel were of fundamental importance to the evolution of the case study, by the possibility of representing the so many existing cases in the semi-custodial system in Brazil. The unique experience written by the therapist states his meeting with the lawbreaker adolescent and endorses the theoretical advance that is generalized, allowing the interchange of the study performed.
