Resumo

The Superior Court of Justice has the understanding about the objetive and subjetive civil responsability about the internet providers, underlining that in general they have only the subjetive responsability, but they Will have objetive responsability IF don´t obey thecourt decision to remove offensive contents of sites, but for this to happen it´s necessary the figure of the demandant.
