EnglishThe analysis of the graphic documentation presented by the architects who were in charge of the works of new plant or rehabilitation of the architectural heritage of the University of Granada is inseparable, among others, from the academic training that they received, in addition to the technical-scientific advances that happened in the field of architecture in the period of time studied. Starting the route with the simple plans drawn in black ink by the Jesuit fathers or brothers who designed the College of Saint Paul, converted into seat of the university in 1767, we will go through the artistic drawings of the Enlightenment until we reach the insipid monochromatic copies of the following years to the Civil War and detect the two points of inflection that affected, decisively and with unequal result, the graphic techniques used in these projects: the Liberal Instruction of 1860 and the appearance of the heliographic copiers in the dawn of the 20th century.
