ResumoAll preimaginal stages of Lipara pullitarsis are described and illustrated. The facial mask, cephaloskeleton, spiracles and locomotory structures are considered. This is the first description ofthe first- and second-instar larva. The descriptions of the third-instar larva, egg and puparium are expanded. This paper forms a basis for a complete description of the life history of this fly.
