ResumoResumo: Apesar de aparentemente novo, o tema da culinaria na literatura ja foi trabalhado em livros e artigos que estreitam os lacos entre esses dois campos de conhecimento, seja pela producao, mercado ou recepcao. O objetivo deste artigo e lancar bases para pensar o genero textual receita culinaria como um subgenero literario ou arte, tomando como elo de sustentacao entre esses dois discursos o conceito de ficcao. Defende-se a ideia de que tanto a escrita criativa (literaria) quanto a comumente escrita instrucional (receita culinaria) unem-se pelo fator ficcao, imaginacao. Toma-se Papel manteiga para embrulhar segredos: cartas culinarias (2006), de Cristiane Lisboa, como obra problematizadora desse genero borrado, hibrido. Abstract: Although the theme of culinary in the literary field is apparently new, it has already been used in books and scientific articles that narrow the bonds between these two types of knowledge, whether by production, market or reception. The purpose of this article is to lay the groundwork for thinking the textual genre culinary recipe as a literary subgenre or art, taking as support between these two discourses the concept of fiction. The idea advocated is that creative writing (literary) and the commonly called instructional writing (culinary recipe) are mediated by the fiction factor, imagination. The book Papel manteiga para embrulhar segredos: cartas culinarias (2006), by Cristiane Lisboa, is used as an example of this hybrid genre. Keywords: recipe; fiction; cooking; letters; memory.
