ResumoBaccalaureate, is presented by the shortage and / or failure of physical technical equipment in the workshops, students cannot develop them independently; creating a notable incidence in the development of technical skills. Similarly, at the time of assembly many circuits are affected by inappropriate designs that do not allow the theoretical verification, affecting notably the technical educational process, so we set out to develop a virtual environment B-Learning with Circuit Simulators and Instruments for the teaching of Basic Electronics in Technical Baccalaureate. We used the empirical method where interviews, observation and surveys were conducted in which it was determined as a result that this proposal is excellent as a tool and complement of practical activities, considering these technological activities as a potential competence for technical students in Electronics of Consumption and for teachers as a considerable support in the management and transmission of knowledge of the subject.
