Resumo

In an environment where organizations need to deal with variable transformations, the administrator needs to be prepared to constantly seek new conditions for the survival of the organization, ensuring the best results and maintaining the competitiveness of the same.This work aims to analyze the importance of knowledge, skills and attitudes in the development of professional and are single skills to an administrator, to achieve this objective were seven graduates interviewed Administration engaged in professional activity in the Faculty of Amazonia located in Ananindeua.The work first sought to understand the concepts and the development of skills basing with higher incidence in the Chiavenato'sstudy.As a methodological procedure was carried out using interviews with management, with order to describe the skills found in them and point out what the necessary skills for the management of professional.The results show that the professionals possess similar opinions, but the attributes of skills vary according to the personality and ideals of each.However, given the overall results are skills and are present in the work and life of these professionals, being an element of great importance to an administrator.
