ResumoBackground: In resectable colorectal liver metastasis (CLM), the decision to treat with surgery remains the standard of care. However, it is clear that not all patients undergoing resection have the same benefit. KRAS mutation status has been implicated in the prognosis of these patients. A new modified clinical risk score (m-CS), which includes this mutation and is derived from the classic Fong Score, has already been proposed and published in 2017. Our goal is to evaluate the impact of KRAS mutation in a group of patients of CLM whose disease was deemed resectable.
