ResumoEndoscopic full-thickness resection (EFTR) with the full-thickness resection device (Ovesco Endoscopy, Tuebingen, Germany) is used for the resection of subepithelial lesions and adenomas ≤20 mm, nonresectable with the following conventional endoscopic techniques: nonlifting sign or lesions in complex anatomic locations (for example, ileocecal appendix or diverticula). In our center, we performed 16 EFTRs, 10 of them with at least 1 follow-up examination 4 to 6 months after the index procedure.
