ResumoThe reaction $^{16}\mathrm{O}$($^{14}\mathrm{N}$, $^{10}\mathrm{B}$)$^{20}\mathrm{Ne}$ was studied at 155 MeV. The reaction mechanism shows characteristics of a direct $\ensuremath{\alpha}$ transfer process with high-spin enhancement. Observed transitions are discussed in terms of high rotational bands, and high-spin members of the SU(3) (9,0) and (12,0) bands are assigned.NUCLEAR REACTIONS $^{16}\mathrm{O}$($^{14}\mathrm{N}$, $^{10}\mathrm{B}$), $E=155$ MeV; $^{20}\mathrm{Ne}$ deduced levels; semiclassical reaction model, SU(3) model; deduced rotational bands.
