Resumo

On August 11, 2014, news of actor Robin William's unexpected death echoed around the world. Three months after his passing, the coroner's report found that he had the little-known Dementia with Lewy Bodies. Having previously suffered from depression, and with Dementia with Lewy Bodies bringing severe anxiety and psychosis, mental health care was a critical component of his multidisciplinary care during his final months. Robin William's story highlights the myriad of challenges facing late-life mental health and neurology.
