ResumoThe basis of this project is to design an autonomous remote control solar power lawn mower robot that can be control through mobile phone. The current technology which are commonly used for cutting grasses are by using manually handle devices, electrical lawnmowers, internal combustion engines; which are very tedious and pollute the environment. In this paper a proposed distinct design of a solar powered autonomous machine that can be control through mobile phone using a Bluetooth module, in which various functions such as trimming of grass, path finding, obstacle avoidance and infrared motion body detection around it, all are merged in a single lawnmower. This device consist of solar panel which supplies the power and charge the battery, the system uses 12 V battery to power the motors for both movement as well as grass cutting motor, ultrasonic sensor for obstacle and path finding, PIR sensor for motion detection, Bluetooth module, motor driver and arduino Pro mini which uses a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) for speed and direction control of the motors also the simulation of the project design is done in the proteus software.
