Highlights• Overall, ethnic minority households had a low climate resilience index.• Moderate resilience regarding: social safety nets, access to basic services, shocks.• Low resilience: income and food access, assets and technology, adaptive capacity.• Households closer to the town center showed greater resilience.• Agricultural and non-forest-dependent group was least resilient.
