ResumoThe present paper deals exclusively with new discoveries or rediscoveries of forgotten species of the tribes Dactylocalcarini, Zophosini, Epitragini, Tentyriini, Adesmiini, Eurychorini, Calognathini and Crypticini, to which I have previously referred in 1950 and 1951. The following account includes principally material of recent collections made by the Transvaal Museum, as well as some important material I was entrusted with by the South African Museum, British Museum, Zoologische Sammlung des Bayrischen Staates, Museu do Dundo da Companhia de Diamantes, and the Museu Dr Alvaro de Castro at LourenA§o Marques. The high number of new species and genera in those groups only recently revised, and the opportunity to redescribe some important species, forgotten for more than a hundred years, is due particularly to the intensified collecting done during the last few years.
