ResumoThis article discusses the process of delegation of powers, the aspects of the organizational process, the relationship of credentials and the obstacles to effective delegation. Delegating authority is a major process by which managers establish formal relationships with people in the organization. In order for the plans to be implemented, each needs to carry out a specific task that is included in the organization's plans, so leadership must identify an effective way of combining the key issues that characterize the organization's tasks and people. Defining objectives and ensuring their policies, a strategy with procedures and rules helps to solve these tasks. Motivation and control also play a significant role in ensuring the effectiveness of tasks. Organization as a process is a function that is obviously and immediately connected with the systematic coordination of many tasks and, respectively, with the formal relationships of the people who carry them out. The means by which management regulates the relationship between levels of authority is the delegation. It is difficult to understand the organizational process without understanding the essence of the delegation and the associated powers and responsibilities. The main features and types of credentials are examined in detail. The factors for effective distribution of proficiency are presented, with a particular focus on the organization of the relationship between the different powers and the difficulties of effective delegation. Expectations and obligations created by delegation can become a great creative force to ensure the harmony and unity of the goals. It should not be forgotten that the management should take concerted efforts to take into account the qualities of the persons and the needs of the those who are given credentials. If this is missed, serious problems may arise for both the management and the recipient of the credentials. Delegating mandates requires effective and reliable communications.Leaders have duties to be performed by their subordinates. For their reliable performance they need to understand exactly what is required of them. Delegation is related to motivation, influence and leadership. The manager must make his subordinates effectively perform their tasks. Delegation has proved ineffective, even though its importance has generally been acknowledged. This is a clear indication of how difficult the existing obstacles are to overcome. Some of them are deeply rooted in human behavior as a consequence of individual psychology. The fear of your situation, fear of risk, lack of self-confidence, the inability to trust others in the fulfillment of the tasks you are responsible for, are the main reasons. For the delegation to be true, it is necessary to have correspondence between the credentials and responsibility, The management must delegate to the worker powers sufficient to carry out all the tasks for which he has assumed responsibility for, himself. This is the so-called principle of compliance. As a result, the worker can only accept responsibility for those tasks that fall within the scope of his delegated powers.
