Resumo

This academic article aims to publicize the processes of research experiences from the reflection and praxis that students and some teachers develop during the military training of future Suboficial of the Colombian National Army. The purpose of this article is to socialize the discourse, narration, and interpretation of learning and research practice developed by students at the Escuela Militar de Suboficiales “Sargento Inocencio Chinca”, applying an interpretation to those reflections that arise during the academic process, which are carried out through the development of different knowledge established in the curriculum and in the curriculum of the educational institution's programs from which they are allowed to know, learn and thus acquire skills, abilities, and skills as researchers in the academic and professional fields. The research experience can be seen and understood as a tool that allows us to reflect on the research process in order to improve meaningful learning and understand the learning rhythms to improve the academic process and thus be able to develop applied research and training taking into account the reality of the context.
