Resumo

A report of experience in the area of teaching-learning promotes a rereading of how improved and carefully intertwined in an explanatory didactic education emits positive and real reflections to the recipients of the exposed subject, through not only verbal texts but also innovative practices.Pedagogical meetings and planning during this trajectory allowed us to further improve the mitigating form of this type of teaching.Promoting students thirsty for knowledge, enabling technological growth, was simply rewarding for the propagators of this project.The activities were developed with the first group of the technical course in dental prosthesis, in the morning and afternoon shift, from November 2016 to November 2018, in João Pessoa.The objective of this work is to report the authors' experience in conducting a group of students in their formation by the Paraíba Human Resources Trainer Center (CEFOR), thus creating proposals for teaching and, mainly helping the beginners of this journey.
