espanolLa presente investigacion tuvo como proposito analizar la relacion que presenta el clima social familiar y el rendimiento academico en los alumnos de la institucion educativa Jorge Basadre de nivel secundario publico, en el centro poblado de Compone, distrito de Anta, provincia de Anta, region de Cusco. En funcion a la metodologia el estudio fue de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo basico, diseno no experimental correlacional, siendo la muestra, la poblacion en conjunto de 139 alumnos. Se aplico la prueba de clima social familiar, y se realizo la recopilacion de informacion de las notas del promedio general del alumnado del primer trimestre del ano 2018. Concluyendo existe una correlacion directa moderada entre dichas variables y a la vez entre las dimensiones de la variable clima social familiar y el rendimiento academico, por lo que son corroboradas la hipotesis general y especificas. Asi tambien nos da el indicador de la necesidad de trabajar con la familia e hijos y lograr una mayor unidad entre miembros sobre todo en las sub escalas de la dimension relaciones, donde es necesario trabajar con cada miembro y puedan expresar sus ideas, emociones, opiniones, el control de impulsos y manejo de conflictos, por otro lado en la dimension de desarrollo, se debe trabajar seguridad, autonomia y toma decisiones, como tambien la interaccion de los miembros de familia con otras personas y puedan aprovechar tiempos de calidad entre ellos EnglishThe purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between the family social climate and academic performance in the students of the Jorge Basadre public secondary school, in the town of Compone, district of Anta, province of Anta, region of Cusco According to the methodology, the study was based on a quantitative approach, a basic type, a non-experimental correlational design, the sample being the total population of 139 students. The family social climate test was applied, and information was collected on the general average grades of the students of the first quarter of 2018. In conclusion there is a moderate direct correlation between these variables and at the same time between the dimensions of the climate variable family social and academic performance, so that the general and specific hypotheses are corroborated. This also gives us the indicator of the need to work with family and children and achieve greater unity among members, especially in the sub-scales of the relationships dimension, where it is necessary to work with each member and express their ideas, emotions, opinions , impulse control and conflict management, on the other hand in the development dimension, we must work safety, autonomy and make decisions, as well as the interaction of family members with other people and can take advantage of quality times between them
