ResumoObject.Report experience during nursing practice in prenatal care and its relationship with equity in care, experienced by students of the 6th semester of nursing at the University of the Amazon.Methods.It is a descriptive study with qualitative approach, of the type report of experience, carried through from the experience of nursing academics.Results.During the consultations of nursing carried through with pregnant women, it was identified the importance of the nurse to carry through a good classification, in order to recognize which pregnant woman should be attended in a more prioritized way.In this circumstance, it was perceived principles of the SUS as equity, when the pregnant women were classified according to the risk of their pregnancy and thus the assistance became differentiated when there was a pregnant woman of high risk.Conclusion.The work of nursing given to pregnant women is of great importance so that it can be assisted in the best possible way, besides, when a good nursing consultation is made, a humanized and equanimous assistance is provided.
