Immunization is still a big problem in Indonesia. In some regions the UCI (Universal Child Immunization) target has been reached. However, unlike in Aceh, the achievement of immunization in 2016 has not reached the UCI target of only 69.1% and in 2017 there was an increase of 70%, but this figure also has not reached the UCI target. The result of the survey in Kuta Alam Puskesmas found that the immunization coverage has also not reached the UCI target of BCG of 78.8%, HB0 of 82.2%, DPT-HB-Hib 1 of 69.2% and DPT-HB-Hib 3 of 66.2%, polio by 73.8% and measles by 78.5%. Research purposes to know the relation of education, occupation, number of children, and support of family with basic immunization completeness in infant in working area of Puskesmas Darul Imarah Banda Aceh in 2019. Research methods of this study was analytic with cross sectional design. Sampling using total population technique with 64 respondents. The study was conducted on 1-12 May 2019 on mothers who had babies aged 11-12 months. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires. The result of the research showed that there was the variable of occupation at p-value=0.027, the variable of number of children at p–value=0.425, and the variable of number of children at p-value=0.495. Conclusions and suggestions there is a relationship between education, work, knowledge, family support with complete basic immunization for infants and there is no relationship between the numbers of children with complete basic immunization for babies in the work area of Puskesma Kuta Alam Banda Aceh 2019. It is expected to improve the provision of health education to the community, especially mothers who have and will have babies especially in health education about the importance of immunization and completeness of basic immunization for children
