Relativity and Gravitational Theory

The model of the Universe is considered as a thin shell expanding in 5-dimensional space-time. The width of the shell is described by the difference of outer and inner cosmological constants. In our approach dark matter is not necessary to explain the observed expansion rate of the Universe.
