ResumoespanolLas mineralizaciones de fluorita estudiadas en esta contribucion se alojan en los granitos Sauce Guacho y Los Mudaderos, en el departamento El Alto, sierra de Ancasti. Las vetas tienen corridas, aunque discontinuas, de pocos cientos de metros y espesores variables desde muy finas venillas de magnitud centimetricas a unos 1,60 metros. En algunos casos, se desarrollan estructuras ‘stockwork’ en los granitos. La fluorita aparece en textura principalmente granular, y en algunos casos finamente bandeada (crustiforme) y brechoide. Predominantemente es de color violeta en diferentes tonalidades. El cuarzo presenta en granulometria variable. Se han observado texturas de crecimiento primario tales como masivo, en peine y zonados, y texturas secundarias de recristalizacion y reemplazamiento EnglishThe mineralizations of fluorite are hosted in the Sauce Guacho and Los Mudaderos granites, in the Los Altos area, sierra de Ancasti. The longitude of the veins, although discontinuous, is of a few hundred meters; the thicknesses is variable from veinlets of centimetric magnitude to around 1.60 m. The ‘stockwork’ is observed in the host-granites. The fluorite appears mainly granular texture, and sometimes crustiform banding texture. The color of the mineral is predominantly violet in different tonalities. The quartz has variable size. Textures of primary growth such as massive, in comb and zonation, and secondary textures of recrystallization and substitution in the quartz has been observed
