Resumo

The necessity is substantiated and the concept of the implementation of the MTConnect data exchange standard in CNC systems for the monitoring of equipment operating in the contract manufacturing system is presented. The methods of data exchange are analyzed. The architecture of a CNC system with support for the MTConnect standard and a mechanism for the transfer, processing and storage of data are proposed. Testing of technical solutions in the AxiOMA Control CNC system is demonstrated.
