ResumoAccess to water sources is critical because it can affect cotton fiber growth, yields, and quality. It is of interest to determine how a water-limited field environment compares to a well-watered environment, especially when it comes to how cotton quality and surface characteristics are affected. In the current investigation, metal ion quantities were monitored using inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy (ICP-OES). The effect of variety and field treatments on high volume instrument (HVI) parameters were examined. The results were quite variable overall, with reflectance (Rd) and strength having the least statistically different means among the quality parameters.
