A inovacao nas organizacoes e objeto de estudo de diversas publicacoes cientificas, nas mais variadas areas do conhecimento. Todavia, questoes que buscam analisar as inovacoes existentes em startups que desenvolvem novas tecnologias para o agronegocio ainda representam uma pequena parcela dessas pesquisas. Assim, tem-se a seguinte questao de pesquisa: quais os tipos de inovacao existentes em startups que desenvolvem novas tecnologias para o agronegocio? Dessa forma, o objetivo deste artigo e identificar os tipos de inovacao existentes em startups que desenvolvem novas tecnologias para o agronegocio. Para tanto, foi realizada uma RBS (Revisao Bibliografica Sistematica) sobre as principais producoes cientificas publicadas no periodo de 2008 a 2018, utilizando o roteiro RBS Roadmap, e o Software Start para a sistematizacao dos dados. As obras relacionadas ao escopo definido nesta pesquisa apresentam um perfil ainda pouco explorado pela comunidade academica e, embora existam estudos acerca da inovacao no contexto organizacional, a literatura se mostra insuficiente em obras que abordam essa tematica no âmbito das startups que desenvolvem novas tecnologias para o agronegocio. However, questions that seek to analyze the innovations existing in startups that develop new technologies for agribusiness still represent a small part of this research. Thus, we have the following research question: what types of innovation exist in startups that develop new technologies for agribusiness? Hence, the objective of this paper is to identify the types of innovation that exist in startups that develop new technologies for agribusiness. An RBS (Systematic Bibliographic Review) was carried out on the main scientific productions published from 2008 to 2018, using the RBS Roadmap, and the Start Software for data systematization. The works related to the scope defined in this research present a profile still little explored by the academic community and, although there are studies about the innovation in the organizational context, the literature shows itself insufficient in works that approach this subject in the scope of the startups that develop new technologies for agribusiness. Therefore, the theme is timely and relevant for further research, due to its contemporary character.
