ResumoBackground- Education has changed dramatically, with the distinctive rise of e-learning, whereby teachingis undertaken remotely and on digital platforms during covide-19 pandemic.There is a need to monitor theimplementation of online education closely, evaluate and review the method used in teaching and upgradeto maintain the quality of online educationObjectiveS-To study the efficacy, to evaluate and compare of online class with traditional classroom learningamong medical stuents during COVID-19 situationMethodology-A Cross-sectional study was conducted during April 2020 to June 2020.Sample sizewas 1200students.Sampling technique is convenient.Study place was Telangana and Andhra pradesh .Result- 78.5% students listen using mobile phones. For 65.5% students duration of online classes is 30-60min. Majority of professors use PPT for teaching classes .57.6% of students can clarify their doubts partiallyonly. 58.2% of students believe online classes might affect their eyesight, 58% students faced hearing issuesusing headphones. 55% students feel online classes are comfortable during pandemic situations.Rating ofonline class is very highly significant.There is association between type of college and method of teaching& feeling stressfulness by students during online classes.Conclusion - Majority of professor's use PPT.Maximun students listen using mobile phones & useheadphones For 65.5% student's duration of online classes is 30-60 min. Rating of online class is very highlysignificant.There is association between type of college and method of teaching & feeling stressfulness.
