ResumoNarrative review of the literature on the use of therapy with LEGO® as an intervention technique in autistic spectrum disorders (ASD).The study included a search in electronic databases and books presenting the intervention technique and the context of its appearance, the therapeutic method and its results.Most of the studies identified Revista Multidisciplinar do Nordeste Mineiro, 2020/02 ISSN 2178-6925 2 report significant improvements in social behavior, language, motor coordination and communication after intervention with LEGO® therapy.In general, LEGO® was mentioned for allowing multiple intervention strategies, such as: allowing its use in conjunction with technological means such as robots and digital interfaces.According to the data found, therapy with LEGO® favors interaction and teamwork through a variety of strategies with positive effects on the development of impaired skills in children with ASD.
