IntroductionFerran Adrià's restaurant, elBulli, on the northern coast of Catalonia, Spain, gradually gained international recognition, initially as a restaurant among connoisseurs and later as a creative firm that transcended the world of gastronomy. The restaurant was awarded three Michelin stars in 1996 and was awarded five times the title of the Best Restaurant in the World
