Resumo

Dinosaurs' ichnites (Ornithopoda, Hadrosauridae) in the late Cretaceous of Northern Argentina.- This paper describes and discusses on dinosaurs' ichnites existing at quebrada La Escalera, western affluent of Tonco river, San Carlos, Salta, Argentina. The ichnites are in the Yacoraite Formation (Maestrichtian). and belong to the Hadrosauridae family, being nominated Hadrosaurichnus australis n. gen. et n. sp. The different sizes of the trackways suggest the gregarious character of these dinosaurs. Considerations on paleozoogeography and migration problems according to continental drift schemes are analized.
