ResumoThe research aims to increase the efficiency of machines for vibration treatment of parts by substantiating their design parameters. The design diagram of the machine with a rotary device for volumetric vibration treatment of parts is considered. The mathematical model of a vibration machine with inertial vibration exciter is developed. The working medium motion and the oscillations of the machine working body and of the rotary device with the fixed parts being treated are taken into account. Using the Lagrange equations of the second order, the dynamic model of machine operation is formed. Using the MathCad software, the mathematical analysis of the model has been carried out for various values of the system parameters, in particular the filling coefficient and the factor of regulation of the unbalanced units. The simulation results of the system's operation, in particular the trajectories of vibrations of the working chamber and the working medium, as well as the motion speeds of the medium under different operational conditions are analyzed.
