Resumo

O turismo de aventura vem se destacando no mercado mundial devido ao seu crescimento nos ultimos anos. A variedade de atividades e a qualidade do local para a pratica do esporte de aventura torna essa modalidade atraente para os mais variados publicos. Nesse contexto, o objetivo geral da pesquisa e analisar o turismo de aventura a partir da pratica do voo livre. Para isso, fez-se uma pesquisa quantitativa tipo exploratoria onde foi elaborado dois questionarios, sendo um para a empresa gestora da pratica e outro aplicado de forma presencial com os pilotos praticantes do voo livre. O resultado desta pesquisa indica que o praticante de voo livre tambem considerado turista de aventura tem como principais motivacoes sair da rotina, sentir adrenalina, conhecer lugares e estar em contato com a natureza. STUDY OF TOURISM IN THE PRACTICE OF FREE FLIGHT ADVENTURE SPORT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PATU (RN) Abstract: Adventure tourism has been standing out on the world market due to its growth in recent years. The variety of activities and the quality of the place for the practice of adventure sports makes this sport attractive to the most varied audiences. In this context, the general objective of the research is to analyze adventure tourism from the practice of free flight. For this, an exploratory quantitative research was carried out, in which two questionnaires were prepared, one for the company that manages the practice and the other applied face-to-face with pilots practicing free flight. The result of this research indicates that the practitioner of free flight also considered an adventure tourist has as main motivations to get out of the routine, feel adrenaline, visit places and be in contact with nature.
