ResumoThe rules of the austenitic dynamic transformation of Nb-High Performance Structural Steel under different cooling processes and the effects of different finishing temperature and reduction ratio on the microstructure were studied by the thermodynamic simulation machine MMS-100.The results showed that the complete ferrite and perlite were gained under the cooling rate of 1~5 ℃/s and the size of the grain and the space length of the perlite were refined with the cooling rate increasing; when the cooling rate was greater than15 ℃/s, the complete bainite was gained; the size of the ferrite grain and the space length of the perlite were refined with the deformation temperature fall and the evenness of the microstructure was improved; the volume fraction raised and the microstructure was fine and homogeneous with the deformation ratio increasing. Therefore, the cooling rate of Nb-High Performance Structural Steel after finishing rolling should be about 5 ℃/s and the finishing temperature selects 850 ℃.
