Education during COVID-19 pandemic

Resumo

The world scenario is to face the covid-19 pandemic caused by the new coronavirus.It represents the biggest global public health problem in the last 100 years.Nursing professionals (NP) are at the forefront of the pandemic, present in the entire health care network.The main objective of the study is to discuss the impact on the health of these professionals.This is a bibliographic review, carried out in the databases SCIELO, BVS and LILACS, in the period of May 2020 and March 2021.The working conditions of the EP have been acutely interfering in their health.The reason for this is directly related to the reality found in health services, with long and intense working hours, professional devaluation, interpersonal conflicts, scarcity of PPE and high levels of contaminated, sick and temporarily removed from activities.Alarming factors not only due to physical, but also psychological wear and tear.Nursing experiences even more strongly, the duality between its role in assisting patients and the illness itself.It is expected that the current moment will provide, in addition to visibility to the class, the active and engaged work of Organs supervisory bodies and the government to ensure safe and adequate working
