Resumo

This research works on the substantiation and the choice of technological and crushing-sorting equipment and its two-stage operation for processing of technogenic rubble wastes of 20,000 m3 per year where technological decisions of separate transportation, storage and two-stage processing of rubble wastes of stone dressing are used in accordance to their initial size. The technology of storage and two-stage consecutive processing of technogenic rubble wastes of stone dressing with production of marketable products in the form of crushed stone and artificial sand is developed for the first time. This work is concerned about the development of technological decisions on accumulating and processing of rubble wastes of stone dressing industry with production of marketable product having commercial value. It is found out that technological expediency of the two-stage processing of large-size rubble stone wastes, middle-size and fine stone scrap, together with their prior delivery by specialized dump trucks, equipped with clamshell petal ladles and dump strengthened bodies, also including separate storage, according to the size, in temporary storage piles separated by working sites, is substantiated. The technology of the first stage of large-size rubble stone wastes processing by usage of hydraulic excavators equipped with hinged hydraulic hammers is described. The second and the main stage of processing is crushing of rubble raw materials, using mobile crushing equipment, and storage of fractioned marketable products in temporary separate conic piles with further overloading in warehouses of crushed stone finished products for long-time storage and shipment to the customers. The available options in the market technological and crushing-sorting equipment are offered. The technology of crushed stone pieces shape improvement with usage of wave-profiled roll crushes is proposed. The prime cost of usage of the accepted options of equipment is calculated for definite types of works in transportation, overloading, crushing and sorting of mining rocks.
